Ready.Set.Design Accelerating Guided Pathways to the Next Level

Guided Pathways (GP) efforts are underway in every community college in California. In support of these efforts, the CCCCO and its partners are offering GP workshops in every region of the state over the next year. Workshop participants will:
- Learn ways to increase data literacy and usage, individually and collectively
- Learn new and strengthen existing decision-making structures
- Increase access to colleagues and resources, especailly those in their own regions, that support their colleges' GP efforts
- Learn how GP meta major clustering and program mapping are essential to GP design
The design for this workshop comes directly from self-assessments, work plans, and feedback from Year 1 efforts. It is designed to empower participants to accelerate GP design on their campuses by providing space to build and improve on the strong foundational elements needed.
Who Should Attend?
Attendees should include design teams or steering committees from colleges within the region. These teams may be made up of cross functional groups of:
- CEOs, CSSOs, CIOs
- Deans, Middle-level Instructional Leaders
- Student Services Deans/Counselors
- Academic Senate Member(s)
- Classified Professionals
- Career Technical Professionals
If these individuals are not available, campuses should consider sending diverse groups who are engaged in GP work at some level and have expressed interest in further engagement.

Daily and Overnight Parking is $18.00 Per Day.
Registration is required through Eventbrite. There is a $75.00 per person registration fee for attending. Registration includes continental breakfast and lunch. Participants are responsible for travel and any parking costs.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or you can pay by check. To pay by check, on the registration form, the payment field will default to credit card but there is a drop down arrow to select "pay by check" or "send an invoice."
